Original artwork by Marisa, a Cape Winelands–based artist who specialises in species art.
Each piece is uniquely hand-painted from photographs she captures on her walks and hikes. As a passionate fynbos and renosterveld enthusiast, Marisa’s work is deeply inspired by South Africa’s wildflowers. Her background as a gardener and nursery owner also influences her detailed paintings of herbs, edible plants, and other botanical subjects.
